Human Empowerment Services is a Non Profit Organization created to help Seniors, Veterans, Special Needs and Disabled persons. We are funded through Federal Grants and private donations. Your donation is needed to bring these services to the Treasure Valley. Our Mission is: Bringing freedom & fulfillment to those challenged by age and disability.
