HES Purposes



1. To help those trapped or isolated by disability or age by providing resources to help them increase mobility and greater life satisfaction.
2. To alleviate unnecessary suffering and distress of those most vulnerable in society by securing needed resources and distributing them to those in need.
3. To coordinate effectively and efficiently the distribution of charitable and government funds and other means to those who most need them.
4. To assist those with disabilities, age, and poverty by raising money to cover the shortfall between actual income and actual costs of living, thereby reducing the associated financial burden and maximizing the life satisfaction and freedom.
